We print damaged or defective books free of charge. Please see our refund policy for details. Please include a photo of the defective book when you email us so that we can process your request faster.
Will my pictures look the same once printed?
We print your photos in the original quality of the images you upload, so they appear sharp and vibrant in your book. We use three additional color sets, in addition to the standard four-color process currently used in the photo book market, for unparalleled photo quality. This is a rare seven-color printing process on the market. This ensures your images appear sharp and detailed on paper. However, please note that colors may differ slightly in print compared to what you see on your screen. This is due to variations in screen settings (such as brightness or color calibration) and the natural differences between digital monitors and printed materials.
